Seating Information
Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, NJ is a 25,000-capacity outdoor amphitheater used mainly for concerts and live entertainment. The venue layout usually includes reserved covered seating closer to the stage, possible pit or orchestra areas for select concerts, premium/VIP spaces, and a large general admission lawn behind the reserved sections.
For concerts, the closest view is usually the pit or orchestra area when that setup is available. These seats are best for fans who want to be as close as possible to the performer. The lower and center reserved seating sections are usually the best overall choice because they give fans a stronger view of the stage, better sound balance, and a more comfortable assigned seat.
The lawn is usually the most budget-friendly and casual option. It works well for groups and fans who want a relaxed outdoor concert experience, but it is farther from the stage and fully weather-dependent. Fans choosing lawn tickets should be ready for rain-or-shine conditions and should check the event rules for lawn chair rentals or restrictions.
- Best overall seats: center reserved sections under the covered area.
- Closest seats: pit or orchestra areas when available for the show.
- Best value: lawn tickets for casual fans who do not need a close view.
- Seats to avoid: far side sections with sharp stage angles, rear lawn spots, and any ticket marked limited or obstructed view.
Freedom Mortgage Pavilion is not primarily a sports venue, so fans attending non-concert events should check the exact event map before buying. Important infrastructure includes food and drink stands, restrooms, guest services, security screening, box office areas, VIP/premium areas, lawn chair rental options for certain events, River Line access, and mobile-entry ticketing.
